Classes
GENTLE YOGA | A moderate, easy-going paced class. Designed for those new to practice, returning from a hiatus, and recovering from injuries. Includes special attention to form and deep relaxation.
MODERATE | Increased flow sequences allow for a more intensive workout.
ADVANCED | For those seeking additional practice in balance poses.
WARM ROOM | Heated to a moderate 90 degrees, the warmth allows for ease of relaxation, blood flow, and detoxification.
All classes can be modified to suit any level. Please consult with instructor before the start of class for any concerns.
About Us
Shana M.
Shana has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. A graduate of the Heart Song Institute and having spent 2 years in India and Nepal, she carries a piece of her travels and experiences with her in her practice. She loves to help her students discover the joy of yoga.
Kim B.
Following a successful career in competitive sports, Kim came to yoga to heal deeply from lasting, repetive injuries that left her with chronic pain. In fact, skeptical that yoga could provide an adequate workout, Kim was elated to discover not only relief from physical pains and mental stresses, but a powerful workout indeed. Kim leads the advanced classes and welcomes athletes of all abilities to her courses.
Mark W.
The newest member of our studio, Mark joins us from the Pacific Northwest, where he cultivated a love of all things natural. He enjoys foraging for mushrooms, up-cycling furniture, and volunteering at a local shelter.
